Have questions about bringing Uni-Beacon to your school? Find quick answers regarding participation, setup, and pilot costs below.

Which year groups can participate?

Our programmes are designed for learners aged 10–17 and can be adapted to suit different year groups, abilities and school curricula. We work with schools to tailor the content, pace and level of challenge to meet the needs of their students.

Very minimal setup is needed! Students only require standard school computers, laptops, or tablets with stable internet access and a modern browser (such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari). No complex software downloads are necessary.

Yes, we offer both! Programmes are tailored to your preferences and can be facilitated either as interactive online webinars by our virtual coaches, or in-person right inside your physical school classrooms.

Yes. We ask that a teacher or designated school staff member remains present during school sessions. This allows Uni-Beacon’s facilitator to focus on delivering the learning while school staff continue to support student supervision, behaviour, safeguarding and individual learner needs.

Student security is our top priority. We are fully GDPR-compliant, gathering only minimal necessary metrics. All data is highly encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never share information with unauthorized external parties.

Our pilot programmes are offered at a reduced introductory rate, with additional subsidies available for eligible state schools. Private and independent schools are also welcome to participate. Pricing depends on cohort size and delivery requirements, so please contact us for a tailored proposal.

Yes. Uni-Beacon instructors who work with children have completed the appropriate DBS checks. We also follow clear safeguarding procedures and work in partnership with schools to support a safe learning environment.
