3. Parental / Guardian / School Consent Agreement

If you are registering a child under 16 years of age, you confirm that the child has parental or legal guardian consent, or that you are a parent, legal guardian, or school representative registering the child with the necessary consent.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that any child being registered meets these consent requirements. Parents, guardians, and schools are responsible for ensuring the child uses the website safely and appropriately.

4. Course Access

  • Enrolment in courses is granted upon successful registration and payment of any applicable course fees.

  2. Refunds are only available if the course has not been accessed.
  3. Access is defined as:
    • Viewing or completing any lesson or topic, or
    • Downloading any course materials, or
    • Attempting or completing any exercise or quiz, or
    • Submitting any assignments or assessments
  4. Once access has begun, the course is considered delivered, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
  5. Any additional conditions that were clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
  6. Once any of the thresholds for substantial access are exceeded, the course is considered delivered and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and the website reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

  • Parents/guardians registering minors consent to the collection and use of their child’s personal data as described.
